We source our cotton from various countries in the Southern African Development Community (SADC)

Our spinning mill where cotton yarn of various tex counts are spun. This spinning plant operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our 100% cotton yarn goes through stringent tests to ensure the highest quality open-end yarn.

Select T-shirts are knitted in body size tubular form allowing for seamless-side garments. We also produce wide width fabric for our products as well as custom orders. The spun yarn is fed into knitting machines which knit the yarn into fabric. Tubular fabric allows the main body of the garment to be made without cutting, stitching or joining.
